The amount shown in the listing is up to 4 guests.
The maximum capacity of the apartment is for up to 6 guests regardless of age, including children and infants.
Above 4 guests are charged an extra night for each extra guest.

🅰️TENÇÃO: Do NOT THROW WATER into the barbecue, to prevent cracks.
After use, wait to cool down for cleaning.
If the barbecue gets dirty after use, the cleaning fee will be charged, in the amount of R$100.
🚫 It is FORBIDDEN TO HANG the TOWELS ON the BALCONY OF the APARTMENT, use the wall and/or clothesline that you have in the Apartment.
⚠️ MAIN RULES OF the DUO CONDOMINIUM - very important had a guest who had to leave because he did not comply with the rules.

2) 🚭 No smoking in the Apartment and the Pool areas;
3) 🚫 No food and drink in the Swimming Pools;
4) 🚫 No hanging anything on the balconies and windows;
5) 🚫 No strolling with animals in the Condominium area;

6) ⚠️ • Guests must dry and dress properly before leaving the Pool grounds.
* Elevators who are wet will not be allowed to use the elevators.
* The circulation of visitors in bathing suits is restricted to the swimming pool enclosure, and it is mandatory to use a bath or bathrobe in the CONDOMINIUM premises, in the elevators and in the entrance hall of the Apartments.
7) ❌ Smoking is expressly prohibited on the premises of the Swimming Pools;
8) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to consume any drink or food in the swimming pool enclosures;
9) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to bring to the premises of the Pools, vials, glasses, bottles, beer cans and soft drinks etc., in glass, porcelain or similar material subject to breakage, which may pay attention to the physical safety of the users, except bottles of water and plastic cup;
10) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to throw garbage of any kind in the grounds of the Pools;
11) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to travel in the enclosure of the Pool with bicycle, roller skates, tricycles or similar;
12) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to assume postures that establish decorum and good customs;
13) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to practice any types of games that may materially or morally harm other visitors, in the Swimming Pools or in the grounds thereof;
14) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to play any sports game in the grounds of the Pools, such as: frescobol, peteca, ball, medicine ball, water polo or any other that may disturb or interfere with the right of others to enjoy the pool in peace and safety, except when it is an activity promoted by the Condominium;
15) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to use sound devices in the areas of the Swimming Pools, with excessive volume;
16) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to enter the water with the body wrapped in bronze or similar, and the user must use the shower to remove it;
17) ❌ It is expressly forbidden to use buoys (other than arm or similar), boards, air gadgets, etc.
️ If the Landlord receives a notification from the Condominium of any irregularity committed, the guest will have to withdraw from the Condominium at the same time, regardless of the period rented.
️ If there is any application of a fine for breach of rules, the responsible host will have to bear the costs of the same.
