The space

--The max occupancy at anytime is 6. Make sure you get an accurate count of who will be staying, as only 6 are allowed at all times--

--Home is a 2 story house. Stairs are required to access all bedrooms and both full bathrooms--

Welcome on in! Our newest addition is trendy, chic and ready for you, your friends&family to relax and unwind after a long day in the city.

Walk in the front door to find an open concept living area and TV.

Kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials. Coffee, cream, and sugar are provided. Dining table for 6.

Laundry room located off of kitchen area, along with an additional half bathroom.

1st bedroom w/ queen bed
2nd bedroom w/ queen bed
3rd bedroom w/ king bed and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Full bathroom located in hallway.

We do not offer cable service. There are free TV app channels downloaded into the TV, you're also more than welcome to download and log in to your own favorite and subscribed apps.

Step into the backyard to find plenty of seating! Have a cookout with friends and family on the grill! Propane tank is provided, please see other details to note section. On cooler nights, enjoy the fire pit. Please see other details to note section.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet inside the home. You will not have access to this at any point during your stay.

Other things to note
As mentioned in the listing description, there is a propane tank for the grill. If it is empty, we can reimburse you for the price of the exchange. Just send us a picture of the receipt and we will send you the funds electronically. We will not be available to do the exchange for you.

The fire pit is there for your use, however we do not provide the wood nor any igniting items. Please keep this in mind if you plan on using it. There is a hardware store walking distance/around the corner from the house where you can pick up the required materials.
