Amazing apartment located in the Plaza de Felipe II, in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, with views of the square and next to the Retiro Park and Goya Street. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a large building, with a doorman and elevator and has 120m2. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, dining room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has capacity for 8 people and is perfect for families and groups. The living room has a smart TV and dining table.

The space
The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro, coffee maker, etc.). The bedrooms are furnished: three of them have a double bed (two of 200x150 cm and another of 200x120). The fourth room has two single beds of 200x90. The two bathrooms are complete, with a shower and one of them is an en-suite in the master bedroom. The apartment is delivered with bed linen and towels. During your stay, my friends at Mintystay will be available for whatever you need.

This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.

You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first day of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you.

Renovation work is currently underway in the square where the building is located. It's not located at the entrance itself, but is located a few meters away and covers almost the entire square. Work is ongoing Monday through Saturday and will be completed by mid-2026. We hope the disruption is minimal.

Check-in time is from 4pm, although in some cases guests may enter earlier.

LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay.

It is important not to forget the keys inside during the stay in the apartment, and especially not to leave the apartment having left the keys in the inside lock, since then the door will be locked and no one will be able to access. In these cases, a locksmith will need to go to
unlock the door and guests will assume the cost.

At the time of your check-out / departure, please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door. The departure time limit is 11am if we have not previously agreed on another time. Our cleaning staff will arrive around 11. If you meet them, please let them
in.
