The West Shore is the best shore & it doesn't get any better than this classic Talmont Cabin! This immaculately maintained 3 bedroom /2.5 bath cabin is centrally located within a short distance to dining, markets, outdoor activities and more!

The space
The cabin is centrally located in the Talmont neighborhood up above Lake Tahoe and within a short 5 minute drive to some of the best and most iconic west shore destinations: Sunnyside Resort, Firesign Cafe, West Shore Market and Shadyside Lounge. The ever popular private Lake Tahoe Park Association Beach is also a short 5 minute drive away, with access to this beach association affording you the next best alternative to staying on the lake!

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the simple access to Paige Meadows / hiking trails just a few blocks from the cabin. Or can catch the bike trail down below and enjoy miles of paved trails along the West
Shore or into Tahoe City, down the Truckee River, or all the way out to Palisades. So fun!

- Access the paved bike / walking trail that will take you down West Shore or into Tahoe City (at the bottom of the hill along west lake blvd).
- Kilner Park is about a 6 - 7 minute drive and has pickleball courts along with other family friendly amenities.
- 7 - 8 minute drive into Tahoe City (shopping, grocery store).
- 10 minute minute drive to Homewood Ski Mountain.
- 15 - 18 minute drive to Palisades / Alpine Meadows Ski Areas.
- 25 - 30 minute drive to Stateline, NV (casinos)

Bedroom is on the front right side of the house and offers Two Twin Beds. There is a shared bathroom located just outside the room (shared with Bedroom 2).
