I built this cabin as a sanctuary that combines the tranquility of nature with the warmth of Scandinavian design. Perched right along the Moira River, the gentle flow of the river harmonizes with the whisper of leaves and calls of wildlife.
Inside, the cabin’s interior blends clean Scandinavian lines with a playful mix of vintage treasures. This cabin isn’t just a retreat; it’s a soulful escape that effortlessly captures the beauty of both natural and crafted worlds.

The space
The cabin has 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a big open-concept living/dining/kitchen space with french doors walking out to the wrap-around deck and patio area (patio access is dependant on weather in the winter months). It's the perfect space for a romantic weekend away or to spend time with friends (my gal pals and I affectionately refer to the cabin as the babe cave). We have a dock down at the river, perfect for swimming or just to enjoy a morning coffee or evening sunset.
