Enjoy breathtaking views from every room in the house through floor to ceiling windows.Lounge or dine in the open concept living-dining room which opens up to a 2000 square foot oceanfront deck.

Perched on the edge of the Northumberland Straight, on the Sunrise Trail, between New Glasgow and Antigonish, and within a few minutes drive from several beautiful sandy beaches. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from every room in the house through floor to ceiling windows. Lounge or dine in the open concept living-dining room which opens up to a 2000 square foot oceanfront deck. On warm summer days, slide open the doors surrounding the main living-dining area and let in the fresh ocean breeze. On cool cooler days, cozy up next to the wood burning fire place and turn up the in the floor heating under the polished concrete floors to soak up the heat. Built in two sections, the main building offers a large open concept living- dining area on the main floor with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upstairs floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a single over double bunk bed with trundle drawer. The guest suite, with a separate entrance, offers a 3rd bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom, and a lounge with TV and queen pull out sofa bed, both of which open up onto the expansive oceanfront deck. 7 person large hot tub and cedar barrel sauna to arrive before end of November 2024

I was born in India and grew up in New Delhi. I studied and taught dance then moved to Canada for love after meeting my husband. I have 2 children and My husband and I manage our sourcing ,interior design and vacation rental business together. My hobbies include yoga, dance, travel and anything related to home decor. We have been managing luxury vacation rental properties In Nova Scotia for the past 8 years and have a team of caretakers who maintain the property and are on call should any problems arise. Our cleaners painstakingly wipe down all surfaces and high touch areas with a diluted bleach solution and all bedding is washed at the highest temperature to ensure the house Is properly disinfected between guest visits.
