Relax with a family or friends at this peaceful place. It is located 8 minutes drive to downtown or Highway 401. Plenty of space to park a truck or two smaller cars. Sit outside in the private backyard in fresh mornings or enjoy a cup of tea by the fireplace in colder times.
With two bathrooms and two bedrooms, the place is comfortable for three 3) guests. For fourth person (4th) - extra charge is applicable (regardless if it is a baby, teen or adult).
No animals!

The space
A separate unit on a ground floor (easy access, no stairs) in the triplex with private entrance and a private backyard.
Sufficient parking space if you plan to arrive in two cars.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide comfortable accommodation to 3 people. 4th person is at extra charge (30$ min for 3 days and 5$/day after that)
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Single bed
Sitting space: Twin pull out sofa
Note: Foldable cot is available for 4th person.
For colder days, spacious kitchen and the fireplace are preferred place for sitting, sipping a coffee and reading a book.
For hot days, sitting in the chair in the backyard may be a better option, especially in the mornings and evenings.
Walking distance to some amenities (Resto and Shopping - see house rules). Downtown is accessible by bus (around the corner on Montreal Rd) or by car, bike (about 5-7 minutes).

Guest access
Full access to a dedicated private backyard (enclosed by fenced, 6 ft. high).
Backyard equipped with chairs and a table (seasonal, for warmer days).

Other things to note
It is family oriented neighborhood. Kids are being kids - you may find a toy on your parking place upon arrival.

Remove it, place it either to the wall on your right or leave it behind the maple tree on your left.

The same is recommended when you leave. Check that there is no toy left in the way, behind the car or no kids playing in vicinity.
