Kick back and relax in the hot tub at this peaceful, very private and stylish waterfront cabin on your own 4 acres at the far end of our ranch.

Only 8kms off the highway, on good roads, it seems you're a million miles away. Our place is a quiet, 200 acre ranch, in a natural paradise.

Small town nearby for basics. 45min to 2 larger towns with all amenities. Completely private, waterfront with misc very friendly livestock on site.

The space
Very private with King sized bed and jacuzzi in the bedroom, with pull-out sofa bed in the office (no door). Full bathroom with shower. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, full sized oven, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, drip coffee maker, french press, full sized fridge-freezer with ice machine and treated, filtered water.
Big screen Roku TVs in bedroom and living room, wifi included.
Covered deck with hot tub on side operating year round. Smokeless firepit - all wood, kindling, paper, matches provided.
All kitchen, bath and bed linens, cookware, dishware, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, oil, sugar, coffee, hot chocolate, salt/pepper, etc provided

Guest access
This is a private, entire cabin on 4 acres at the far side of our 200 acre ranch

Guests have their own long stretch of waterfront and fire pit with chairs. At the launch area further down, guests are provided canoes, kayaks, paddleboards and a pedal boat paddles complimentary. Life jackets provided. Snowshoes provided in winter complimentary for trekking.

Reasonable cellular signal at cabin area. Wifi included at your cabin.

We have cows, sheep, livestock dogs, rabbits, barn cats, chickens, ducks, peafowl, and horses pastured in other areas of the property. Everyone is very, very friendly and enjoy guest attention. Guests are encouraged to walk around and interact with the animals, please close gates behind you and respect private family area near our home.

Other things to note
There are 4 large, very friendly livestock guardian dogs on the property roaming free 24/7 to protect free roaming livestock - so the cabin is not suitable for pets. Although the dogs are kind and gentle, children can find the large dogs frightening so aren't always a good fit for our property.

Handmade art work and postcards available for purchase in the guest kitchenette over at main ranch if interested.

Neighbourhood highlights

Only 45minutes from 2 larger towns with all the amenities, but feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Nearest neighbour is 6kms away and we are surrounded by lake and crown land on all sides! Only 8kms off major highway on good gravel/dirt road.
