SLEEPS 16 PEOPLE WITH ROOM FOR MORE ON COUCHES OR FLOOR! We appreciate you telling us how many are in your group & number/type of vehicles. House capacity maxes out between 20-25 people, depending on number of adults/teens/children.
Our location is ideal. We are on the far north end of Heber, with quick access to hwy 40. Park City is less than 20 minutes toward the north, and Sundance 15 minutes to the south. We are close to Jordanelle, Deer Creek, and Strawberry Reservoirs. If you like star gazing at Sundance Film Festival, or enjoy fishing, skiing, snowboarding, boating, mountain biking, or pretty much anything outdoors you will not be disappointed with what our location has to offer.
We promise a clean house, comfortable beds, fresh linens, and a warm and welcoming environment. You will be surprised by how close you are to Park City and other nearby attractions, while still feeling removed from all the hustle and bustle.
The home is yours except for the locked front office and golf simulator room. We recommend SUV or Trucks only use main driveway and 2-bay garage parking- with additional parking on parking pad or street of 2-4 vehicles, but cars cannot stay on street overnight when there is snowfall.
Interaction with guests
We usually travel when home is rented- but I keep myself available via text, email, or calls for any questions. I appreciate when guests take the time to let me know when they have checked in and out.
Other things to note
ABSOLUTLEY NO CATS! (owner is highly allergic).
NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS OR BIG PARTIES. Because this is our private home we ask you to respect all property and stay out of the locked office and golf room. We have a security system that you will be given your own code for easy entrance. We do have a golden-doodle, but we make other arrangements for her when we are gone.
We are a busy family- 3 boys, one girl, and a goldendoodle dog. We moved to Heber a couple years ago and love our mountain home! My husband is an avid golfer, and so we even put a golf simulator in our basement. We also enjoy boating, fishing, local rec sports, snowboarding, hiking and all that this great mountain location has to offer. We've always tried to create a home that is open and welcoming to family, friends and visitors. In this home we set aside two guest rooms to help make that possible. When we heard about airbnb we thought it was the perfect way to make more use of those rooms, meet some fun people, and earn a little cash on the side.
We look forward to meeting other travelers! My husband and I love to travel. We travel around some of the western states often (Washington, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado). I lived on North Shore O'ahu for two years, and Guatemala for a semester of college. We've been to Alaska, Texas, China, D.C.. Probably our favorite place to travel is Central America- we've been to different parts of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica and this summer we are going to Belize.
