It has a dining room, living room, outdoor dining room and pool area. It also has 2 parking spaces, each with independent access.

Some important details and warnings:

- Parties, smoking and pets are not allowed in the house

- The pool does not have a heater, and is only operational from March to October, both months included

- Every Wednesday the pool maintenance staff will come by, please allow access as it is for your hygiene and well-being in the use of the pool
