Modern self contained 2 bedroom annex set at the foot of the South Downs, in a countryside location. Perfect for walkers, wedding guests and business professionals alike, situated along the South Downs Way walk, 30 minutes drive from Gatwick, Chichester (Goodwood) and Brighton.

Apartment layout is all on the ground floor, so easy access and no stairs to climb.

Having a car is highly recommended due to our rural village location. Private parking available on drive.

Warm and welcoming self contained property, situated in the beautiful South Downs with views of a kept garden.

Set of towels are provided in each bedroom.

There is also private parking for one vehicle.

Room can be made for 2 cars on request only.

Guest access
The self contained annex boasts a newly fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and a kitchen with electric hod and oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. In the kitchen you will find all the crockery and utilities you need for basic cooking.

Breakfast is NOT included.

There is no access to the rear garden, but guests have full use of the front garden.

Other things to note
Cyclists if you would like to store your bike securely over night please ask Host as facilities are available.

There is a village pub, a few minutes walk from the property, serving food most lunchtimes and evenings.
