This is the fully furnished 1BR unit and equipped with up to ❤️200 Mbps WiFi connection, Google TV with Netflix, comfortable Queen size bed and 1 sofa bed - good for max 3 persons only, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, shower heater, basic essential
cookware, silverware, towels and toiletries provided.
Guests can access the whole condo unit
(except those locked cabinets, where we put all cleaning materials).
Living Area: 50 “ Google TV complete subscription of Netflix Premium, Disney, Prime Video, Youtube etc. a split type AC.working table and comfortable Rotating work chair.
2. Bedroom area - Hotel vibe Queen-sized bed with high quality cotton clean white sheets, pillows, soft blanket, curtain-block-out, working desk with task lighting, closet with flat iron with mini ironing board.
3. Dining area -2seats bar table and bar chairs
4. Kitchen - equipped with classy black granite counter top, ss sink, induction cook top, range hood, fridge,
microwave, rice cooker, fryer, electric kettle, glass, pots, plate and bowels.
5. Toilet and Bath - lavatory, water closet, bidet, mirror, rack, shower enclosure, shower heater and hair blower.
