If you’re looking for a quiet place that feels great to come home to every day- this is it! Private attached bathroom with walk in closet. Spacious room with L-shape desk, TV and king bed. Fully kitchen for preparing meals. Washer & dryer available. Netflix and other sources offered! Awesome for working professionals or students- less than 20 minute drive from downtown and Lackland AFB. Located in developing, family friendly community on the south side of San Antonio. Truly a peaceful stay!

The space
-4 bedroom house. This room is private with private bathroom inside bedroom.
-Bedroom located on second floor - first door on right when get to top of staircase
-Washer and dryer in laundry room available for free in laundry room.
-Kitxhen stocked with all utensils, air fryer, blender, toaster, kureg, cooking utensils and pots/pans/baking sheets. Main fridge space available along with mini fridge upstairs right outside bedroom.
-Free street parking. Always can find space on street mailbox side.
-Kitchen, living room and half bathroom other full bathroom are shared spaces.

Guest enter through main front door of house using code given and key for bedroom door

-Please take out kitchen trash if bag is full to main black trash bin outside right by driveway
-Please clean dryer filter before every use for laundry
