My home is a "tall skinny", one mile from the beautiful sands of the South Bay. Your en suite bedroom/bathroom is located on the ground floor and is very private. Listed as a two person, one (double/full) bed, I can add a twin bed for $15 per night. Welcome!

I prefer to greet you upon arrival, but if I am not at home, there will be a key left for you at my front door - I will send you a detailed note via airbnb's mail system!
A binder, filled with property amenities (wifi password is on the first page!), local info etc will be on the desk in your room. Your room is located on the ground floor, to the right of the entry table, when you walk in the front door.
Interaction with guests
I am always at home when guests visit! However, I lead a busy lifestyle, so we may only cross paths … hope to meet you at least once.
I am always available for questions about the South Bay, L A and things to do. Ask away!
Other things to note
It is VERY IMPORTANT that we communicate before your arrival, as the location is not clear on airbnb. You will need to follow my instructions via airbnb mail or text. THANKS!
Please consider my home your home too, but appreciate the fact that I have a neat and organized space, filled with art. This is a quiet neighborhood, and I expect that you will also keep the peace after 10 pm and before 8 am.

I'm a native Californian that enjoys the beach and all the fitness opportunities that offers - I could not live without a yoga workout, a walk on The Strand with my dog, a visit to my gym or a blissful hour of meditation.
I occasionally go out in the evenings and on the weekends. I love singing in my church choir but I also enjoy going to a local happy hour (there are many!). In addition, I like my quiet time at home listening to the radio, cooking, enjoying the patio and relaxing.
My home is my sanctuary and a folk art museum (or so my friends say), so I ask that my guests respect my space and honor my collection. That said, I'm clean, easy going and respectful to others. I LOVE to share my city and all that the South Bay and Los Angeles has to offer!
I have traveled the world throughout my life, starting at the tender age of four. Most recently I've visited Japan and Spain, New Orleans, Louisiana and Phoenix, Arizona. I am not a camper, but love finding quaint B&Bs and awesome hotel deals via the internet.
I look forward to meeting you!
