I assure all readers, my communication is impeccable, and for GOOD REASON. It is always a liability having people you don't know stay in your home. But, I adore hosting and I understand this is a mutual liability and do my due diligence to provide an EXCEPTIONAL and ATTENTIVE stay. Stacey stayed with her husband in my apartment. As she concludes, she no doubt had a PLEASANT stay, as 99% of my guests do. Unfortunately, I was not able to provide them a "promised" parking pass, i.e. my personal parking pass. So Stacey, was a bit sour at me for that. Her responses to me were hit and miss when I checked in during her week long stay. Eventually, when Stacey did check her phone, she noticed she had UNread messages. Stacey, a bit neurotic but seemingly savvy, and also an international guest, did not have a operational phone except w/ WiFi. So she, unfortunately, did not receive my message. Maintenance came in to my apartment, accompanied by me, to fix a running toilet. The company's worker was not in there but a few minutes. This is similar to any stay, literally ANYWHERE in the world, that you as the traveling guest, do not own...ANY Hotel or bed & breakfast, for example. Anything that was in the bathroom disturbed, i attempted to leave as it was, guest towels, etc.
