In accordance with Airbnb No Party Policy we are committed to safe and reposnsible travel and reducing the number of unauthorised parties at our home. To assist us achieve this, we take action and reserve the right to not accept a booking if it is determined high risk.

Damaged or missing items will be charged.

We do not allow smoking anywhere inside or outside the property and if detected you will loose your bond and/or be asked to leave.

Unfortunately to safety we cannot accept children under the age of 12 years old. The back is potentially damgerous as it is a large drop off the path and we are not allowed to fence as it is common ground.
