With its garden, panoramic terrace and outdoor kitchen, you'll be spoiled for choice for your summer evenings ... a barbecue, a starry evening or maybe just a great evening tasting wine from the island? Anyway, relaxation guaranteed! In addition to a small orchard that will offer you beautiful tomatoes and fruit to pick at your convenience, this home offers two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a stunning view. The second double bedroom overlooking the garden, with bathroom.

Surrounded by vineyards, with simple country paths in which loosing yourself in the beautiful countryside of Ischia will only be a pleasure!

At a short 10-minute walk, you can taste the best wines of the island in one of the oldest vineyards on the island.

The house is situated in the charming village of Campagnano, a rural village overlooking Aragonese Castle and the Gulf of Naples. This village is not far from the picturesque fishing village of Ischia Ponte and the sea, but is best known for its tranquility and coolness in summer.

This is simply a marvelous place: the very spacious, decorated with style and functional house is situated in one of the most beautiful spots in Ischia. Anyone wanting to be “away from it all” and searching for a relaxing vacation should seriously consider this place. The view is breathtaking. Importantly Christian and Yasmina have been very efficient in their communications and helped us organizing everything that was needed (e.g. helping us renting a car for our travels on the island). I warmly recommend this place.

Christian and Yasmina went above and beyond with their recommendations for travel around Ischia and help renting a car (highly recommended for getting the most of your trip). Their place was lovely; just off the beaten track enough to feel like we were really living there, but still easy to walk to the market and a few restaurants or drive to the many island sights. Highly recommended!! Thanks to you both!!

This villa and host were fantastic - from the long detailed emails with directions and recommendations while we were on the island to ensuring that any questions or issues were addressed during our stay. They have a guidebook to the house and the island for guests which is I think essential for any rented property and was great to have. The villa is contemporary with loads of rustic charm. It has numerous areas to eat including an outside kitchen and the most amazing roof terrace where you can see almost to Naples. We wish we had spent time enjoying the villa but there are so many things to do and see and delicious restaurants to visit on the island. I would say though that the villa itself is a destination rather than just a place to. You need to be prepared to navigate a narrow road up to the village and then the house and find parking nearby on at the village (none of which was a problem and added to the adventure but if you are short on time this may not suit you).

Amazing place! We highly recommend staying here. Very clean, beautiful amazing view over the ocean. Large roof top terrasse and away from the huzz and buzz. We would definitely come back! Jas and Christian have been super helpful during our stay and helped us to find our way around.

Christian and Yasmina were excellent hosts. They did everything they could to make sure we had everything we needed and to make getting there as easy as possible. Their neighbour was very helpful and easily available while we we there. The place is beautiful (beautifully designed) and has wonderful views. Everything was made easy - getting there, hire car etc. and we felt very cared for. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend the place and the hosts.

This is a terrific place to stay. It has panoramic views over the Bay of Naples including a breathtaking view of the Aragonese Castle which you can enjoy from the terrace or even walking down the garden path to the village. The village is lively and just a short walk away. It has good restaurants, a church, tabac and a supermarket that met all our needs. There is also a free parking lot in the village. The bedrooms are well appointed as is the rest of the house. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is cool in summer. Yasmina provided invaluable advice on tours and suggestions which meant we really had a good time! Driving is OK (even for me who usually drives on the left) and the advice to hire a car to see the island really opened up the island to us. I only drove as far as the village and walked the rest of the way- a lovely 5-10 min walk with amazing views! We had the most fantastic time on this beautiful island and hope to come back again one day. Thank You Yasmina and Christian for your hospitality- we could not have asked for more! We absolutely loved our stay at Christian and Yasmina's villa. Ischia is beautiful and their house was the perfect place to enjoy it. The location is on a steep mountainside with a great view of the sea, the Aragonese Castle in Ishchia Porto, and Procida in the distance. The house has elegantly simple design and décor (Christian is the architect), and all the modern comforts and conveniences (Air conditioning, WiFi, laundry, dishwasher, etc.) that one could want. If you are someone who appreciates good design, this is the place for you! They are terrific hosts, providing us with lots of useful information both before and during the stay, were always available to answer our questions, and were invaluable in arranging taxis and rental car, restaurant and outing recommendations, etc. Everything in the house was super clean, fully functional, and as depicted in the AirBnB listing. (In fact it was even better; the photos do not do justice to the beauty of the house and location.) Note: you will likely want to rent a car or motorscooter. (And I think that would be true no matter where you stay in Ischia ). Driving on the narrow road leading to the house might be challenging if you haven't driven in such conditions before. Do not let that deter you. You just need to be patient, and work with the other drivers to let each other pass. We had a blast driving all over the island. One warning: don't rely on digital maps--((SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps etc.) they are not 100% accurate and will get you lost. Great places to go (many of these recommended by Yasmina): Marmonti Beach and village of San Angelo; Negombo baths near Forio; Il Borghetto for dinner high above Barano; Da Peppina di Renato for dinner in the hills above Forio with a stunning view of the sea; Buy some of the very good local wine from Antonio Mazzella in Campagnano; and a special shout out to Antonio at the Village Café in Campagnano who was super helpful and friendly. We hope to return! Kevin and Anne, Chicago

Architect, in love with my island, the sea & our culture, I'd love to share a different type of tourism with people from all over the world. If you need to chill out, have a taste of dolce vita, write your latest novel, sleep all day, hike in the nature or simply forget work, look no more!

Our guests will be free to pick the fruit in the garden, enjoy a quiet stay with a panoramic view and choose from the many wonderful paths in the hills behind the house, to discover the island.

We always try to give our guests a truly authentic experience of the island and will share our preferred addresses. But we also organise with you your holiday: we can help you with the taxi, the car rental and we are available by message text 24/7.
