Nido ( Nest) is a lovely little appartament completely renowed in a modern and sober way . Its central position dominating the quartertier of Chiaia is a wonderful start for discovering the mytical ancient Naples but also Capri, Ischia and Sorrento

The space

Easily accessible by the two funicular railways (Centrale and Chiaia) and buses, the appartament is located 30 m from a car garage with night service. There is a bus On the 5th floor (elevator) of an ancient building of the Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the apartment has recently been completely renovated in a modern style and equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, heating, TV,DVD player,Internet WIFI and enjoys a beautiful view of the district. The kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge is always full of surprises ... if you want to prepare your meal the Italian Way. The bathroom is functional and practical but the shower is simply sumptuous. The appartament is equipped with a double bed and 1 queen sofa bed. Ideal for 2 max 4 people. The apartment has been renovated with the idea that the occupants had to have the best experience possible in the short stay in Naples for both business and leisure guests. Back home from the chaotic visit to the city you can rest in total comfort looking down on the city at sunset eventually drinking cold white wine.
The easiest way to get to Nido from the Airport is by Taxi Ask for a fixed price run is about 23 euro for a run of 20-30 min. Thare are simple and cheap way to get to Pompei in less than 1 h by public transportation. 20 min to get to The Molo beverello to take a Boat to to Capri or Ischia. Walking 10 min on the left you can be in the heart of quartieri spagnoli 10 min walking to the right and you reach the shopping area of Via dei Mille.
There are plenty of things to do in Napoli it depend on what are your taste and the season. Very interesting is to visit the area of San Biagio dei Libbrai during christmass season. That is where the Neapolitan Presepe was born .
I look forward to host you in Naples.

Marco was an excellent host, he was very responsive to any of our questions, and provided us with recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants as well as advice on the best ways to get around. The apartment was extremely clean, and stylish with a nice view. The apartment was a bit further from the train station and some attractions, but public transportation was good. It was also pretty nice to be away from the busiest areas of town.

Perfect little apartment for two to base yourself, close to the action (with stairs to climb!) while in a quiet neighborhood. View on Naples is so nice to have. Marco was very generous with advice and food for us and organized a parking for us in Naples. parle francais aussi! Merci!

Pros: Marco has been a great host, provided much information about Naples when we arrived. The apartment was clean and super modern. Washer machine was easy to use. Had coffee, tea and snacks available. Small view of the sea from apartment window. Cons: unfortunately we found some snacks expired in the cabinets. The location is not ideal, need to take cable car and metro to centre, usually 20 mins of travel. The sea view is great but not as spectacular as advertised in the pictures. Overall, a solid accommodation for travellers.

This is a great spot to explore Naples. Market a few blocks away, funacolare around the corner. There are supplies available to make yourself a meal until you get to the market. Marco is quick to respond and helpful! Thanks, we hope to someday be back!

Marco was very welcoming and came to visit us in person to give us advice about the city. He left us maps and showed us the best places. He was reachable during our trip as needed. The apartment was clean and well located. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to napoli.

Marco managed to meet me just as I arrived at the apartment even though I was not able to give him much advance notice of my exact arrival time. The apartment was spotless, very well laid out with lots of storage. Overall very comfortable and quiet. The highlight was the stunning view of the bay and the Sorrento peninsula in the distance. Great residential neighbourhood close to everything including a little grocery store about 5 minutes away. It was my first time in Naples and I loved it- such a vibrant interesting city. I look forward to returning to Naples and this apartment for a longer stay next time.
