If you want a peaceful and restorative stay, surrounded by the nature of a magical place, Villa Le Fate is your ideal destination. The pool (open from June to September), the hot tub (open from October to May), the soccer field, the volleyball court, the olive grove, the relaxation area with hammocks under the chestnut trees, will be for your personal and exclusive use.
The space
Located on two levels, bright and quiet, it consists on the ground floor of a large living room with veranda and fireplace area, half bathroom, kitchen and double bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms all with a terrace and two bathrooms, one en suite.
The 15,000 sqm garden with olive and fruit trees completes the villa.
Next to the newly built pool, you will find the BBQ area.
In the garden there is the volleyball court with stakes and professional netting and a soccer field.
Under the 250 sqm patio that surrounds the entire villa there is a dining table near the kitchen, an outdoor living room and the 5-seater hot tub on the side of the pool and the ping pong table in the part overlooking the olive grove.

* book a horseback ride within the forest of Manziana and its nature reserve.
In addition to all these activities, in a few minutes you can reach Lake Bracciano (12km) and Lake Vico (34km), the Terme di Stigliano (5km), the sea of Santa Severa (13km) with its wonderful Castle and that of Santa Marinella (30km).
Since we are in the Etruscan and Roman area, there are several archaeological sites to visit. The Necropolis of Cerveteri (15km) and Tarquinia (55km), both for their beauty, integrity and artistic value declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Palazzo Farnese di Caprarola (40km); Tuscania (58km) with its spectacular lavender flowering in the late June/mid-July period. Bomarzo, famous for its stone “monsters”.
Thanks to the train line, from Manziana station, in just under an hour you can reach Rome by train or car. Among other stations, the train also stops in Rome San Pietro.
