This upstairs duplex is bright and sunny and extremely quiet.
Complete private entrance (front door) and access to front wrap around porch. (Perfect for lemonade on a hot Niagara summer afternoon!) Possibility to schedule pool time, BBQ and deck in the back yard. (Above ground pool.)
Interaction with guests
Absolutely. We live on the property and run a Jazz Festival (July 29 - 31) Our schedule varies and we are very much connected in the area (wineries, restaurants etc) and are happy to take on tours and / or make intros and recommendations. We will also provide information on the Niagara Region for all of our guests. We can also let our guests keep to themselves if need be!
Other things to note
Leading up to our festival (July 29 - 31) our house will be busy downstairs but mainly in the daytime. During the festival weekend we'll be off site, but hope that our guests will be interested in coming out to the festival. We will offer Festival VIP status to them.

I am originally from England, of Jamaican / British roots, I grew up in Vancouver, BC and lived in Paris, France for 13 years. I have traveled to over 40 countries for both pleasure and work and a lot of that traveling has been with my husband and musical partner, Peter Shea. (Some favourites include Thailand, Morocco, Malaysia, the Philippines and French Polynesia.)
I have lived in the Niagara Region for over 14 years and moved here originally to perform as an actress in the Shaw Festival. Peter is born and raised in St. Catharines, but lived in Toronto for 8 years and has lived (on contracts) at sea, in Hong Kong and in Morocco. We both LOVE to travel.
We are both musicians and entrepreneurs are very easy going and run a reputable jazz festival and jazz series here in Niagara. We perform regularly as musicians and I also work as a booking agent.
Peter and I love good food, wine, cooking, theatre, walking, biking, movies and good conversation. We are very connected in the wine and culinary industry so are happy to take our guests to wineries or suggest restaurants and wineries to go to. We can can either show our guests around or leave them alone… :)
Our mottos: Life is good! and Live Love Jazz!
