The newly built apartment of 43m2 consists of kitchen with all accessories and complete equipment ( filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, 2 electric), a seperate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath. Direct access to the balcony with a seaview. ( to the Island of Cres, Marina, Island of Krk )

It is 80 m away from the Seaside promenade.

The space
Apartment Toni is in Ičići, near the sea with a sea view from the balcony. Apartment consists of kitchen / living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It has 43 square meters, it's on the first floor. The kitchen is completly equiped - filter coffee machine, toaster, kitchen towels. Bedroom has large bed ( 160 x 200 cm ) - bed linen and towels included. Bathroom has bath, washing machine. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.

Apartment is decorated in mediterranian style, in blue and beige. You can get to the balcony from living room and from bedroom. The balcony has table and chairs.

Sea view from the balcony - on the right you can see Island Cres ,on the left the city of Rijeka and in the middle the Island Krk.

Apartment has own parking place. If you take seaside promenade to get to Opatija you need just 15 min ( on the left ), on the opposite side you will get to ACI Marina and Ičići central beach ( beach has blue flag ). If you continue you will get to Ika and Lovran.
