The space

Brand new one bedroom one bathroom apartment on the 38th floor with a small balcony and sunning views out across Docklands and Etihad Stadium. Observe beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the bedroom or living room or while enjoying a glass of wine in the open plan kitchen dining area.

Perfect for couples or solo travellers on business needing easy access to the city and airport with Foxtel and Super fast WiFi internet both included. Down on the lower levels you'll find a gym and pool if you need to keep fit or relax indoors on a cold day in the Sauna.

- It is your responsibility to lock up when you are not home and to turn off the fans, lights, heaters and TV. Plus, saving the environment makes you cool.

- I do not accept responsibility for loss of property. However, if you realise you have left something in the apartment after check-out please phone and I will do my best to have it returned to you.

The place is EXACTLY as described. The photos posted are truest to the likeliness of the apartment. Big space, enough to move around. The apartment was very nicely laid out, I felt like we were in a hotel instead. The view is incredible, and yes the photo Linton posted IS taken from the balcony, so THAT is your view, everyday. Same view from balcony and bed. It is incredible! Location is extremely convenient. Across the street is Southern Cross Station, which can take you anywhere you wanted. Next to Southern Cross is Skybus, for travel back and forth to airport. One block down is Bourke St., and there is a tram stop at the corner for catching trams in the Free Tram Zone around CBD. And we have never had to wait for more than 4 minutes for an Uber. I could go on and on. Book this place. You will love it.

Amazing views (the photos online do not do it justice), clean apartment, located in a very central location, easy to walk to major tourist attractions, only downside is the massive queue for the elevators. Would stay again!

Well located and as described. Great area. Run by a leasing company so you have to pick up keys but they were very helpful and good communicators.

I’m an entrepreneur, architecture graduate, photographer, cyclist (NOT the lycra kind), volunteer, adventurer and problem solver.

During my studies I worked at various cafes and architecture offices to save up for shoestring trips around the world. My grandma once told me I had ‘champagne taste but a beer budget’ and it’s a motto I’ve enjoyed applying to different parts of my life to get the more out of less and find enjoyment in the little things.

Some of my most memorable trips have been couch-surfin across Russia while taking the Trans Siberian, living in Helsinki and learning to hand build furniture, riding a vintage steel bicycle through France to race in L’Eroica and buying a car on craigzlist in Los Angeles and driving across the south, east and north coasts to arrive in Vancouver.
