The space
The ELLY NINE #black is a stylish 2-room apartment of 80 m², which combines modern design with high-quality amenities. It consists of an open living area with integrated kitchen, a separate bedroom, bathroom and additional toilet.

In the living room, a cozy corner couch and a multifunctional sofa bed await you, which can accommodate two more guests if needed – ideal for a stay with up to four people. A smart TV is available for relaxing evenings. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils, so you can feel right at home.

The separate bedroom features a high-quality queen-size bed and a modern workplace with a height-adjustable table and additional monitor – perfect for productive days or business travelers.

In the hallway you will find a practical built-in wardrobe that offers you plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and also has a washing machine and dryer. A separate toilet is also available. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel are of course included.

Important: We have a limited number of discounted parking spaces in the "Galeria Wiesbaden" parking garage, which is within walking distance. The price is €10/day.

We cannot make reservations on the day of arrival!

The Dernsches grounds bus stop is also a 5-minute walk away and offers regular connections to the main train station (5 min drive) and many other destinations.

- The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.
- Unfortunately, there is no way to store luggage or items in the house before check-in or after check-out.
- Please note that the property is located in the pedestrian zone. Direct access by car is not possible - but parking garages are available in the immediate vicinity.
