This one bedroom townhouse is pool front with an ocean view - complex is ocean front. Enter on 2nd floor. Unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of complex (bedroom on 3rd). It has all the items needed in the kitchen to enjoy home cooked meals. The complex has a pool, hot tub, free parking, grills in the common areas, etc.

The space
Easy access to the condo, ocean & pool without use of an elevator. One flight of stairs from parking lot or pool. Parking directly outside the unit.

Guest access
You have access to the pool, hot tub, shuffle board, grills, deck over looking ocean, and common areas.

Other things to note
Please treat our home like your own. If you break something, replace it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you use the outside ashtrays, clean them out.

Retired educator, mother of 3 adult children, grandmother to one, loves adventure and travel. We were devastated by Hurricane Michael in October 2018. The complex was totally renovated. Love to have you come visit!
