Other things to note
“This was my best AirBNB experience ever (and I've had some good ones). Let's start with the host. Patricia is the kindest, most giving person. My daughter and I were welcomed into her home like family that she hadn't seen for years. We got in late on a Sunday. All the restaurants were closed and we were about to pull out our standby of PB&J when Patricia pulled out a pan and made two magnificent cheeseburgers. She knows all about what is going on within driving distance of her house and really wants you to experience the best Nova Scotia has to offer. She really cares about her guests and wants to make certain they get the most vacation possible for their money. The house you are staying in is a house with so much history behind it. Patricia has (and still is) renovating this beautiful piece of history. The wood floors, the beautiful staircase, the ceiling beams, the Cross and Bible door, the wood burning stove, and so much more appealed to this flatlander southern boy. You're staying in a structure built over 100 years ago and that much time has lent itself to an amazing amount of character. Modern amenities are included. I can't review TV service because I don't watch much tv, but wifi works perfectly, and since we had NO cell service for 3 days (a wonderful experience) the internet was our link to home and family. My daughter (18 YO) was in heaven with both the claw foot tub on the 2nd floor and claw foot tub/shower on the 3rd. Patricia made her kitchen, laundry, and the entire house except her personal bedroom available. She also made my daughter a cappuccino, and surprised us on our last eve with hand dipped milkshakes. I don't write bad reviews unless my host really earns it (actually I've never written one yet since all experiences have been nice or better) but the same can be said for great reviews. Most reviews are just good because most experiences are just good. I hope this one comes across as great, because that's what our experience was. Great. If I'm ever fortunate enough to visit NS again, this is the only place I would consider staying. ” Sean from Florida

I am a native of Montreal Quebec. I have recently traveled to Europe for the first time after raising a son and being married for 23 years. I love to meet new people and assist in telling them about the gorgeous area I have been lucky enough to call home for the past 12 years. My passions include cooking, music, reading, renovating and travel. I speak English and French with a little bit of Italian and Spanish. Looking forward to my second season as an airbnb host. Looking forward to accommodating your stay in the beautiful Annapolis Valley and the historic town of Annapolis Royal c 1605.
