It is the first time that Ficodindia Apartment gets a bad judgement like that. The apartment belongs to Casa Rossa, our b&b and holiday houses all listed here in airbnb site. The only dog having access to the swimming pool area is Penelope, a big poodle dog. It can happen that -being a dog – she does not ask for the permission to drop (it is the first time, it never happened before). It was not up to them to clean, it was sufficient to warn us . The first day we were asked for some kitchen tools (apart from those already inside the kitchen): we failed in finding an electric boiler. The living room (which has got a big double sofa, an antique desk and chair) is straightly linked to the wide kitchen equipped with chairs and whatever. We will put a curtain on the window, the only one with no curtain in the whole flat. As far as the colour of the ceiling is concerned.... well... no comment. It is bright white as our sunny skies... Carmelo and Federica had “miscommunication” only in relation to other guests (some French people) who had asked for the breakfast only that morning itself. Our suggestion is to communicate with the hosts and to get a better adaptation spirit when travelling: we always try to make our guests feel at home in many ways. We make also efforts in speaking their language. Finally, according to the other guests' judgements our breakfasts are not that "sober": every day we arrange a fresh bakery product ( a cake or whatever) , cheese, butter, bread, milk , coffee, juices, local products and gluten free products as well. We have even made a reduction on the price of breakfast as we usually do with our friendly and nice guests. It was a pity, then, that nobody – but one just for delivering the keys – joined us to say goodbye (or farewell).
