Chalet Suites with gourmet balcony 400 meters from the beach
We are a small structure that has only 2 Chalet Suites 400 meters (6-minute walk) from the beautiful Toninhas beach in Ubatuba.
One accommodates up to 6 people (spacious and airy, ideal for families and groups) and the other accommodates up to 4 people (ideal for couples).
Located in a house, the Chalet Suites face the street, are independent of each other, have a private entrance from the rest of the property and both are on the first floor, with high ceilings and a gourmet balcony, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Our Chalet Suites have closets with shelves and drawers. And space for a home office. Equipped outdoor kitchen (2-burner gas cooktop, minibar, electric kettle), coffee-making utensils, pots, wine opener, etc., complete with dining space and washing machine with clothesline and net. Bathroom with electric shower and hand shower.
Included: bed linen (1 pillow, 1 blanket per person), face towel and bathroom mat, dish towel and floor cloth. *NOT INCLUDED: BATH AND BEACH TOWELS.
In the common areas, we have a terrace with a mini garden and an outdoor shower for after the beach.
We work with a minimum stay of 2 days, for 2 people.

*Circulating on the right side of the property (looking from the street) is not allowed: private property. There is a boundary between the two sides. Please respect this. The back of the left side of the property is also private property, and is delimited by a pedestrian gate that remains locked.
Other things to note
We always work to make your stay the best possible. Any questions, clarifications, urgencies that arise before, during or after your stay, you can always reach out to us. We are flexible and like to customize, to whatever extent possible.

NOT INCLUDED: BATH AND BEACH TOWELS
In the En-Suite Chalets, we provide guests with: toilet paper, liquid hand soap, detergent, multipurpose cleaning product, broom, squeegee and dustpan.
Pricing, minimum stay: 2 nights, 2 adults.
Children up to 9 years old no charge. From 10 to 14 years old, we charge 50% of the daily rate for an adult per day. From the age of 15, we charge the full amount.
Infants 0-2 years old stay free. But they will have to sleep with their parents; we do not provide a crib.

Check-in times: from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Possibility of express and automated check-in.

Keys and access to the property and units:
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY: access to the property is through a password, at the pedestrian gate on the left side of the property. Sent to guests at check-in.
ACCESS TO THE CHALET SUITE: via password or RFID card. By default, a password is sent to guests at check-in. If you choose the RFID card, send us a message. IF THIS CARD IS LOST, A FEE OF R$ 50 WILL BE CHARGED.
CLEANING: When leaving, if the unit is at a level of dirt beyond what is acceptable, the corresponding cleaning fee will be charged.
ABOUT ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: We ask that you use the shower and air-conditioning conscientiously. Within the price paid for your stay, a fixed amount is provided for in terms of electricity costs, both for the electric shower and for the air-conditioning. We ask that you use them conscientiously. About air-conditioning: air-conditioning consumption is monitored via the app. If it is found that the use of the air-conditioning has exceeded the budget provided for this purpose, an additional amount proportional to its consumption will be charged.
ABOUT WATER CONSUMPTION: Likewise, we ask that you use the electric shower consciously. This applies to both electricity and water consumption.
ABOUT BREAKAGES, ETC. DURING YOUR STAY: We ask that you inform us about breakages, misuse, etc. of utensils, furniture etc.

BARBECUES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE UNITS.
EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR UNITS.
Our units do not have TVs.
PARKING: There is no parking inside the property. But in general, there are always spots on the street. If you want to leave your car in a parking lot, there is the Izildinha parking lot on the other side of the highway, 260 meters (2-minute drive) from the property.
QUIET HOURS are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. on the property and on the street.
TRASH: There is a large trash can inside the property, on the ground floor. We ask that you preferably use this trash can, especially at check-out, so as not to overload the external trash can and cause inconvenience to everyone (before, during and after your stay). Typically, this dumpster is emptied as soon as it is full.
