Pretty studio 10 m ² with balcony of 2 m ² seen diving on Tour Eiffel. Ideally located in a very commercial street, near metro Passy (line 6), La Muette (line 9), RER C Boulainvillers and well served by public transport (bus, vélib, autolib ...). Located on the 7th floor of a bourgeois building, very quiet. This studio has just been completely redone and newly furnished.

The space

This studio has been totally redone and has been newly furnished (hob, fridge, sink, shower, washbasin, wc, storage, wall cupboards and storage space, futon with latex mattress 13 cm thick, table / desk folding, shelves, , Electric blind).

Other things to note

Note that our studio is really tiny (10 square meters) and on the 7th floor without a lift, as most of the Parisian studios are. However it is fully equipped, including the bathroom, which is not always the case in Paris. There is no internet but it can be easily purchased next door for your laptop or mobile. Also, there is no aircon! You won't need towels and sheets as we will provide you with all you need. We live in the same building on the 2nd floor and will always be available for any requests and help as needed. The arrondissement is really beautiful and the street filled with bakeries, fresh organic fruit and vegetables shops, etc. The location is in the 16th arrondissement, so it will take you less than 30 minutes to reach most destinations. There is no washer and dryer in the flat but you can either use ours, or use a public one which is across the street. If you need, our cleaning man can come as often as you need, at your own costs.

I stayed at Ingrid's placed for 12 days and loved every minute. Yes, it's true the stairs are no joke, but she give you the heads up in the description so you already know what to expect, and going to sleep every night watching the Eiffel Tower sparkling is worth the effort. Navigating a small space isn't that big of a deal, I just moved my suitcase and the chair towards the door every night before folding the futon out. Besides, I was in Paris, and this apt is a great value, so it was easy to deal with. The neighborhood was lovely and lively with 3 metro stop very nearby, grocery shopping just down the street, and as a solo female traveler, even when arriving back at the apt late in the evening, I always felt safe. Highly recommended!

Be warned about the stairs! However, seven flights is worth the view. Great place with a modern bathroom, a fantastic view! Was very clean and only a short walk from the Metro and the Eiffel Tower! Fabulous base! I got locked out due to a sticky door but Ingrid was wonderful - quick to get back to me and liaising with the concierge to let me back in! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Small but cute place...Very clean and has everything a solo traveler needs. Its on 7th floor and you have to be fit to get there several times a day. Also advantage of this is the view :) Great neighbourhood, great grocery shop acrosd the street. Would stay again! Have in mind! 122 stairs and no Wi-Fi. It didnt bother me and my stay was perfect.

Is a great place if you want a central stay and a wonderful view, just a few recommendation. Do exercise two our three month before arrive, they have no elevator and it's the eighth floor (you can read in some review seven but they count the first floor as zero and second as one) is not too bad the first time, but when you return after walk all day around Paris can be a challenge. Stairs are dark at night, have some battery on your phone to use the light if you don't want to walk eighth floors at dark. But everything else is good, Ingrid is very helpful and answers all your questions very fast. The location is great and the place is recently renovated and clean.

Stayed here for 6 days in October. Just an amazing place to come back to after walking around Paris every day. The balcony and view of the rooftops and the Effiel Tower is spectacular! The bathroom is large and the shower is quite nice. It has a nice kitchen and instant hot water out of the faucet for making tea or coffee. There is an adequate supply of kitchen equipment and dishes. The living space is a bit small, and may be very tight for two people, but as a single traveller, it was fine. This is not for someone who will be hauling a 40lb suitcase, or someone who isn't in excellent physical condition, as it is at the top of a 7 floor walk-up, no elevator. I was able to get up and down with a 25 lb backpack and a hand carry on easily. If this works for you, I can't imagine a better place to spend time in Paris. I walked everywhere from here, Notre Dame, Louve, Orsay, Effel Tower. It is also very close to transportation to and from the airport (CDG) about a $12 fare, as well as to other points of interest for much less.

I loved my time at this location. The seven-story walk-up is real, but not a deterrent if you want a lovely view, a place to enjoy Paris in a lovely neighborhood close to the Metro, markets, and a short walk to la Tour Eiffel. It was clean and an efficient little space, and I appreciated that it had a secured entry (as a woman travelling alone). Ingrid was responsive and helpful for any issues. Merci beaucoup, Ingrid!
