Get away from routine at this unique stay. Privileged location in the middle of nature and spectacular views facing the sea. Private mountain development with landscaped areas that have access to the beach.

The space
The urbanization is located on a second beach line, on a mountain, so you have a wonderful view over the sea.
The access to the beach on foot is via the stairs that run between the gardens of the development; it is about 15 minutes downhill.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs.

It is very bright and has two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, full bathroom, large back patio, terrace with views and garage space.

The master bedroom with queen size bed (150cm) has a window overlooking the ocean and has a large built-in wardrobe.

The secondary bedroom with two 90cm single beds and has direct access to the backyard.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, induction/microwave oven, ceramic hob and coffee maker.

The bathroom is complete and has a bathtub.

The backyard is very spacious and in it is located our outdoor cabin to store the washing machine and dryer.

Guest access
You can make use of the full apartment, as well as the patio, terrace and garage.
The common areas can also be used: gardens, tennis court and swimming pool (normally open from May to October).

Other things to note
The village center of Almuñécar is about 3.5 km away, while Velilla beach where there are bars, restaurants and some shops and supermarkets is approximately 900 m.
