Original wood walls and beams beautifully blend the old and the new. 75 private acres with wooded creek and bluff trails are highlights of this gem. The Barn decor, comfort, and convenience make for a peaceful, carefree, and inspiring retreat. Bring your horses…lots of room to ride!

The space
Renovated 125 year old barn. The front of the barn and loft are carefully preserved and the back 2 rooms have been transformed into a modern 600 sq ft rustic retreat with tasteful decor, all the modern conveniences, 2 mini split units to keep things comfortable year round, and a large covered back porch perfect for catching the sun rise.

You are welcome to explore the entire barn, hayloft and all. You are welcome on the entire 75 acre property…springs, creeks, bluffs, and beautiful forest trails. The Barn is only 4 blocks from the courthouse square in the other direction. The best of both worlds.

Other things to note
4 blocks from town square. 75 private acres to explore. Pet friendly. Open space for your dogs to run. Horses welcome too.

Perfectly situated within walking distance to the town square as well as a short walk away from our secluded private woods trails and creeks. I’m a retired teacher…Sharing the history and natural beauty of Coldspring and our diverse natural areas has always been my passion. It is my wish that guests leave the barn refreshed, relaxed, and in some way inspired.
