Our apartment (33 m²) is situated in the heart of Vienna in a former button fabric. In the middle of the trendy 7. district, you can enjoy the calm atmosphere of the nice green yard while living in and central area.

And btw: as we think community is important, we pay all required taxes :)

The Apartment has it's own bathroom as well as a kitchenette. You find there everything you need to cook for yourself breakfast or a simple Dinner (pots, dishes, etc). There is also Coffemachine waiting for you in the morning or after a long city walk :).
