Quiet Scarborough neighbourhood, house backs onto park. 24/7 bus service. Quiet and clean. Close to grocery, shopping, fast food, U of T, Centennial College, Pan Am Centre, Parking available for fee. 50 minutes from downtown on bus and subway.

The space
Large desk in room and a dresser for you to use. New paint job. Very clean. The bed is double (if you are staying for a long time ask me for a second set of sheets so you can wash your sheets at your leisure). You also have a luggage rack, laundry hamper, a closet with hangers, a lamp, a mini couch, and a clothes rack is available if requested. Smoke free, pet free home.

Guest access
You have a private bedroom to yourself with a double bed in it. Clean sheets and towels. You can use the dining area, backyard, laundry (with dryer or drying rack) - please use after 730 on weekdays or on weekends, bathroom and kitchen.

During your stay
I would be happy to suggest things to do and instruct you on how to get around if you need it. I have also provided you with TTC route maps and Toronto bicycling maps for your touring pleasure.

My preference is discussion through the app (which I check frequently) or when we see each other in person.

Other things to note
I don't live in the basement, so if no one is renting the other basement room, you will have it all to yourself :)

Please note there are no candles or additional guests.

* Please be advised that two infant children live in the home on the main floor. They will make noise whenever they wish so as a downstairs tenant you need to be ok with that.
