Welcome to the FRONT ROW of the Kaanapali Plantation! It's all about location, and this condo is located in the FRONT ROW of the Royal Kaanapali Golf course at the 13th tee, providing an unobstructed view of the ocean.
THREE FULL-SIZED BEDROOMS AND THREE FULL-SIZED BATHS
Besides being on the FRONT ROW, it is also the only rental that has THREE FULL-SIZED BEDROOMS and THREE FULL-SIZED BATHS, each with it's own vanity/dressing room, full closet, and separate toilet/tub area for complete privacy. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and one has two twins. The bedrooms are large with ample closet and drawer space. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
This Maui condo has an oversized lanai that provides a panoramic 180 degree unobstructed ocean view, which includes Lanai, Molokai as well as many sightings of whales breeching during their migration. This condo has the largest lanai at the Plantation.
Kaanapali Plantation consists of 10 acres of lush tropical gardens with winding paths that lead to a beautiful pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, cabana, and outdoor kitchen.
The kitchen is spacious and is stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking. Washer and dryer included. The range and dishwasher are new.

ALOHA AND WELCOME TO KAANAPALI PLANTATION!
Please read the house rules and let me know if you have any questions prior to booking. A request to book means that you agree to the following rental agreement.
When your reservation is confirmed, you will automatically be sent the “House Manual” with more detailed information. One week prior to your arrival, I will send you the key access and WiFi information.
BASIC HOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENT:
1. CHECK-IN 3:30 PM HST – CHECK-OUT 11AM HST
2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests may not exceed SIX, children of ANY age included.
3. NON-SMOKING UNIT - Smoking inside the unit or on the lanai will invoke the security deposit and termination of your stay.
•The Kaanapali Plantation Homeowners Association prohibits smoking on all lanais as well as common areas of the project except in “Smoking Designated Areas.” The map for designated smoking areas is in the white folder in the entry of the unit.
4. Pets are not permitted under any conditions.
5. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: The unit will be cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. To avoid invoking the damage deposit, the following conditions must be met:
a. No smoking inside the unit or on the lanai
b. No damage to the unit or its contents
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are removed
d. Trash is removed and placed in outside trash bins
e. Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher, and washed
f. Linens or towels are not lost or damaged
g. Two door keys are left on kitchen counter
h. Lockbox door key is returned to the lockbox
i. All doors and windows are closed and locked
j. All lights and fans are turned off.
k. No late checkout without permission
6. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
7. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and occupants will not be permitted to check-in.
8. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens, bath, and beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included.
9. NO PARTIES
10. Occupant will receive arrival and departure instructions prior to arrival. Occupant agrees to pay $30 in the event of a lost key.
11. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
12. NO REFUNDS DUE TO STORMS/BAD WEATHER – Please be advised that no refunds will be given due to storms or other bad weather that may occur during your stay.
13. Liability and Cancellation Clause:
Tenant agrees to hold owner harmless from all liabilities and costs of defense, including attorney's fees, arising out of tenant's use and possession of leased property, and from all claims and any liability incurred by invitees, family, friends or business affiliates of tenant.

My mom bought this wonderful condo in 1983, and our family has been enjoying it ever since. We rent it out when we are not on island, and I manage the rentals. We do our best to make our guests comfortable by keeping the unit in excellent condition. When on Maui, our favorite things to do are to surf, snorkel, eat, shop, and sit on the lanai and watch the whales breach during their migration or simply enjoy the sunset.
On the mainland, I teach English at a community college in Los Angeles. I also write. I have published a novel called Stella Silvers and the Secret and am working on a second book called Cassie Finn.
