Brian and Rachel have a lovely home in a very peaceful and tranquil location. They made me feel very welcome and at home. Thanks again for breakfast out on the deck! Would definitely stay again, too bad I was only passing through and was only there the one night.

We needed a place to stay at the last minute to break up our long drive and Brian's place was the perfect find! In a lovely area with great views it was a shame we couldn't stay longer. Brian and Rachel were very understanding when we arrived later than expected and made us feel very welcome! Jelly beans by the bed was fab :) we enjoyed a really nice breakfast and Brian and Rachel gave us a list of local spots to check out and which ciders to buy! The room was everything we needed-clean, comfy and spacious and we would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Many thanks to you both!

Clean, quiet, nice home managed by a very pleasant couple. Sunny bedroom with a comfortable bed, good wifi connection, plenty of soft towels. Ample choices for breakfast - I chose to have scrambled eggs made with eggs laid by their own hens! They have two dogs, both of whom were well-behaved, not yappy at all. While the street itself seems to be in the middle of nowhere (hence the peacefulness), it's actually less than 10 minutes to Middlebury College, the reason for my visit. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location and convenient to Middlebury College. We were there for a college tour and were treated to beautiful views and sunset the night we stayed at Brian's place. Brian was extremely communicative and welcoming, as well as accommodating when we needed to leave our personal items at the house while we toured the college after checkout. He also provided good restaurant recommendations for us and our specific dietary needs. Very comfortable bed too!! I recommend Brian's place.
