Our place is located on a Vineyard, close to Shaw Festival and, Niagara Falls. You’ll love our place because of Peaceful location and nice decor. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Continental breakfast items supplied.

The space
This unique guesthouse is available to parties using one bedroom for base fee stated and may add additional guests (maximum 6 additional guests) at $70 per night per guest (excluding toddlers <2 years). The top floor includes the master bedroom (including walkout private deck space), washroom, kitchen, ) as well as an additional washroom. We have two roll away cots for guests. A fee of $70 per night per cot will be charged if requested.

There is plenty of outdoor space with a private patio and lawn / garden area that is fenced in. Finally there is a private sun room available.

We have a pergola adjacent to the vineyard.

Other things to note
New cruiser bicycles available for rent at $20 per day. We have three children's bicycles available at no cost if accompanied by an adult.
