An apartment planned and designed to provide comfort, practicality and an unforgettable stay for my guest. I did it with care and affection as if it were for me. Privileged location, within a shopping mall, parking, subway, Coco Bambu and Outback, Carrefour. Heated swimming pool, fitness center and laundry. With 2 en-suites, air-conditioning, kitchen and open-plan living room, closets, new first-line furniture, Probel beds and mattresses, and a linen sofa bed and curtain. The space
It has two en-suites with custom-made closets, 100% blackout linen curtains, air-conditioning, one of them with a double bed, good quality mattress, light-colored bedding, all cotton, clean and fresh-smelling, white, soft towels, shower stall in the bathroom, hot shower and a fabulous view!! The other en-suite, air-conditioned, has two single beds that can be joined together, good quality mattresses, light and fresh-smelling bed linen, hot shower, shower stall and white, fresh-smelling towels. Open kitchen, a 4-seat table, 2-seat sofa bed, 55-inch TV, HD, sideboard. In the kitchen, there is a large, new refrigerator, a 4-burner convection stove, an exhaust fan, an oven, a blender, a microwave, a coffee maker and other kitchen utensils!!
The leisure area features a large heated pool, fitness center, ballroom, laundry and game room, all of which can be used by the guest, in addition to all the amenities of a Shopping Mall.

Guest access
The first entrance, the guest can enter through the mall, there is also the possibility of entering through Coco Bambu. You will go to tower C and register and take your photo. If you are coming by car, you will have to register it and pick up the access card that is in the apartment. Once this is done, you can enter through the parking gate in the residential part. The entrance to the apartment is through an electronic lock; we'll give you the code before your check-in. You can use the pool areas, gardens, fitness center, game room, laundry room and all the amenities a mall offers!!
