My place is close to family activities, nightlife, the town centre, and public transportation. It is within walking distance to all amenities and restaurants and close to downtown. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and small pets upon approval. It is very cozy and very well equipped for cooking. Building amenities also provides a Spa services , Restaurant with bar, Lounge area, Sauna, Gym and 2 outside hot tubs. Around 20 min to Banff.

The space
There are 2 queen size beds, one in each room and one double pull out in the living area with a queen size duvet and king size pillows. Kitchen is fully loaded with spices, oils, teas, hot chocolate and coffee.Plenty of pots, rice steamer etc. for cooking. 2 TV's, Dvd and Netflix. Very big balcony with a nice lounge set and great views of the mountains. 2 big bathrooms, one with a large shower and the other one with a large and deep soaking tub. Extra showers are available downstairs in the hot tub area for a larger group. Very convenient location to travel to parks Canada. My place will definitely make you feel like home away from home.

The building is very quiet and well secured. There is a 2 min walk to Tim Horton's, Wendy's and local famous restaurant for breakfast. Famous for locals restaurant is located in the building as well. 2 gas stations are located within a minute. Close to the Hwy access and exit which makes it very convenient to travel to parks Canada and 3 skiing areas.

Me and my husband live in the mountains for the past 22 years. We love this place. We are middle age, have 3 adults children and granddaughter. We love hiking and biking. We are very social couple, who enjoy cooking and a glass of wine.
