🧾 Important VAT Information
In accordance with Decree 297 of 2016 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Colombia, foreign visitors who acquire a tourist plan or package to be used exclusively within the country may be exempt from VAT payment, provided that their trip is for tourist, cultural or medical purposes.
To apply to this exemption, the visitor must present their passport with one of the following immigration stamps: PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6, PIP-10, TP-7, TP-11, or TP-12.
It is essential that the immigration stamp is duly registered in the visitor's passport. In case of having entered the country using the BIOMIG system, the visitor must go through the immigration control and request the corresponding stamp to be able to access the VAT exemption.
In addition, to make the exemption effective at the airport, the visitor must present the invoice for the tourist services acquired, proving that they meet the requirements of the decree.

- The pet must be accompanied all the time and under the responsibility of their
owners.
- The owner of the pet is responsible for the cleaning of the pet and making sure not to leave
dirt on the premises in the hotel.
- The owners or the person in charge of the pet will be responsible before
any visitors or pets that are affected by their physical integrity or
emotional. Pets are allowed, as long as these are animals
domestic (dogs and/or cats). In no case will animals be allowed in as
reptiles, arachnids, birds, or species prohibited by law.

American Staffordishire Terrier, Bulmastiff, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Dogo de

- Pets that do not comply with all regulations are not allowed to enter

- The pet will not be allowed to stay alone in the room, the owner will not be able to leave and leave his
pet there all day long.
- It is forbidden to use the crockery and glassware intended for our guests, for
feeding pets, for hygiene and health reasons
- No use of showers and towels for bathing or cleaning pets.
- The owner must hold his pet when the waitress in the room or
anyone else in the building.
- Pet Owner Guest agrees to pay for any damage caused by their
pet, both in the room and in common areas of the building in case this
occur.
- In case the pet hurts or attacks any guest or employee of the hotel, the
pet owner agrees to pay all medical costs that the affected person
require, even if requested by the affected person, the owner shall indemnify
to the affected guest.
