Apartment in a good location just down the freeway so you can get to places quickly. There is a Walmart close by for any shopping, the mall is about 10 minutes away for anything else you need, and if you have a car, there's a gas station a block down the street. The complex is quiet with friendly residents. There's a playground, pool and gym and lots of beautiful landscaping. The apartment itself is quite comfortable with good space and many modern amenities. More pics soon!
If you're looking for a cheap place to lay your head at night, this apartment is right for you. It's very basic but has worked for us so we thought we'd open it up for when we're out of town. Without an actual bedroom, there is a couch for people to sleep on in the living room which is shown in the pictures, as well as a futon bed that folds down in the office, so potentially you could sleep two people. The futon is probably more comfortable. If you're a traveler who likes to spend there time out in the city and not so much inside, this will work for you. But the apartment itself is comfortable and a good base to come home to.
In advance we can arrange for you to either get a visitor parking pass, or if we'll be gone, you can park in our spot. Parking is enforced but it's easy to park legally once we know you're coming! : )
Interaction with guests
As, we'll most likely be gone during your stay, you can contact us through our cell (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or email (EMAIL HIDDEN) for any questions you have. For any immediate emergencies, we will have someone meet you at the apartment.
Other things to note
There is a trash removal service that is provided as a free amenity through the complex. Simply place the trash bin outside the door before 8pm in the evening if it's full and it will be taken care of. Bins must be brought inside before the night is over.
- Quiet Hours are enforced and begin at 10:00 pm.

Hello. My name is Joshua. I love traveling from what experiences I've had with it, which are not many but that is something I hope to change. I have lived in Moldova for two months on internship, and while there have visited Turkey, Ukraine, Romania, and soon Hungary. English is my native language, but I speak a little Spanish and now I'm learning Russian.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing my classical guitar. I especially like flamenco styled music, like Jesse Cook and am learning how to play that at the moment.
I am usually pretty busy with school as I am currently pursuing a bachelor of science degree in Biology at Utah Valley University. I am in my third year and am studying Pre-Med hoping to be accepted into a medical school to become a doctor.
