Modern 3-bedroom villa above Dominical with a private infinity pool and 180° Pacific sunset views. Three king en-suite bedrooms (sleeps 8), a chef's kitchen, A/C, Starlink Wi-Fi and full solar power with battery backup. Soak in the outdoor tub, grill in the courtyard and watch toucans from the pool. 8 minutes to Playa Dominical. Complimentary concierge planning for tours, private chefs and in-villa massages. A 4x4 is required for the final steep stretch of road.

The space
THE HOME
Three ocean-view king suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two suites also have a twin trundle bed, so the home sleeps up to 8. The great room opens to the jungle and the Pacific, and the formal dining table seats eight.

Set on a hillside above Rio Hatillo, every room looks out over the jungle and the ocean all the way to Manuel Antonio, with sunsets every evening.

Guest access
The entire home is yours: all three suites, the kitchen, the great room, the private infinity pool, decks and outdoor dining areas. The property is gated, and the main entrance gate is shared with the separate guest casita on the estate. Gate and check-in instructions are sent before arrival. Parking is on site.

Ground transportation options:
Private Airport Shuttle: Enjoy direct transportation from SJO Airport to the villa. Prices range from $350 to $450 each way, depending on the season and the number of guests, with the journey taking approximately 3.5 hours.

Car Rental: We can arrange a premium 4x4 SUV rental car for you, allowing you to travel at your own pace from SJO Airport to the home.

Private Airport Shuttle + Car Rental: Combine the best of both worlds! A private shuttle will take you from SJO Airport to the villa, where 1 or 2 rental cars will be waiting for you, making it easy to explore the area without visiting the rental agency.

Air transportation options:
Seamless Arrival and Scenic Transfer: Opt for a picturesque, 45-minute flight from SJO to Quepos with Sansa Airlines or Green Airways, available daily from 7:50 AM to 4:00 PM. Upon arrival in Quepos, choose between a private shuttle or a pre-arranged automatic 4x4 rental car to take you directly to our beautiful home.
