Apartment is dated but very Eclectic with modern appliances. I travel and usually rent the space out when I am gone but always up for some travelers for a decent amount of time. I do rent by the month, and if you have a questions feel free to contact
Welcome to Ridgewood, the greatest neighborhood in New York City. It's incredibly safe, and still REAL New York. Corner Deli's with friendly people, Great Organic market down the block, awesome coffee shop within a short walk and close to the L Train (Fastest route but longer walk) or the M train ( Best for Tourists).
I work as a Location Manager for Film and Television, I know New York City! Born and raised here; I can give you some ideas where to go and also provide some local's tips! I love showing off my city and love my building. I spend a lot of time traveling so my place is available year round. I could also rent by the room for a lower cost.
Parking is easy around the neighborhood and is very safe as it is 2 blocks from a police precinct. (No Sound problems)
I love my neighborhood and am proud to show it off, but Manhattan and Williamsburg are the real draws. Manhattan is about a $25 -35 cab ride depending where you are. Williamsburg is about a $10 -15 cab ride.
Apartment has been completely updated. WIFI, Cable, Printer, Desktop computer, and a nice living room! You will also have both keys to room that lock the place completely.
Feel free to ask me anything!
Clean up or pay the fee! Easy enough. Not a stickler. :)
Locations Manager for Film and Television projects.
Born and raised New Yorker, who spent time in South Florida during my college years. Very out going, always working and always up for a random travel weekend. I love anything random and hate living life by a plan.
Food is key to life, and I am always up for some home cooking, just throwing it out there!
I want to travel internationally, not really too familiar with it but up for an idea!
