Welcome to “DOG STAYS & GULF WAVES”, a beautifully remodeled beachfront 1BR/1.5BA condo in Gulf Shores that sleeps up to 6 guests. Located on the 2nd floor of The Caribbean, this is the ONLY beachfront pet-friendly complex in Gulf Shores — no crossing streets or settling for “near the beach.”

Pet Rules

• No aggressive dogs
• Dogs must remain leashed outside unit
• No unattended pets on balcony
• Gulf Shores does not allow dogs on the beach

Important Information
• Check-in: 4PM | Check-out: 10AM
• Minimum renter age: 25
• No smoking/vaping inside condo
• No parties or events
• Contactless check-in
• Rental agreement, guest list, and ID required after booking (rental agreement is submitted through our booking software not through Airbnb)
• Security deposit hold required 3 days prior to arrival (security deposit hold is held in our booking software not through Airbnb)

Parking & Supplies:
• 1 parking pass included, 2nd pass available upon request for a fee
• Starter supplies provided: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, dishwasher & laundry pod (Minimal amount provided plan on purchasing your own or bringing more with you)

Terrys Vacation Rentals also offers multiple nearby units for larger groups traveling together.

Guest access
We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival. 1 parking pass is included in your reservation and will be left on the counter inside the unit. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased, please notify me right away if you need the 2nd pass so we can have the cleaning crew leave that inside the unit for you while they are there.

Other things to note
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day or two. This includes:
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 roll of paper towels
• Hand soap (one per bathroom)
• 1 dishwasher pod
• 1 laundry detergent tab
• 1 trash bag per can
