*Not included reception service during the staying, please only contact me in any help may require during the stay*
- Included on the room weekly cleaning .

- Included Water Supply.

- **All booking** We Included Electricity.

Smoking is allowed in the room balcony only, and a THB2,000.- will be fine for smoking in bedroom.

We require a Security Cash Deposit is required upon check in at ****THB200.- /Room****per room per stay and Refundable on check out if without any damage and we will deduct to all expense and service of end of month only.

Keys and key card lost fee thb3,000

Kindly note that our reception service desk is limited hours, please kindly inform us on your expected arrival time in advance. and in case of your arrival time will be after 24.00 hrs. , please notify us in advance only.
