Nestled on the cliffs of Spillars Cove, in the heart of Discovery UNESCO Global Geopark, Blue Whales Oceanfront Cottage is the ultimate getaway on the Bonavista Peninsula. This cozy 2 bed, 1 bath cottage is designed for relaxation, adventure, and everything in between. From your window, you’ll see breathtaking ocean views, icebergs drifting by, whales and seabirds in their natural habitat. Nearby, you'll find hiking and ATV trails, quaint shops, historic sites, theatres, restaurants, and more!

The space
Please note that this property is technically located in Spillars Cove, which is a local service district (LSD), located just outside of Bonavista, just off of Confederation Drive, and approx. 5 mins from downtown Bonavista. The address autopopulates as being located in Elliston on Google on airbnb. The property is an 8 minute drive from Elliston.

Locating the house:
Do not use Google Maps to find the property; it is not accurate, and will not take you to the correct house. The house is not numbered. You will recognize the house best by the view in Photo #4 of the "Exterior" photo album - this is the view you will have if you have turned right onto Spillars Cove Road from Confederation Drive in Bonavista. The house is the blue house on the right of the photo. There is a bright yellow garbage box on the front lawn with a sign that says "Blue Whales Oceanfront Cottage" on it. There is also a sign on the front deck that says "Blue Whales Oceanfront Cottage" on it.

Other things to note
Base price is set for 2 guests. For each additional guest there will be a charge of $25 to account for additional household expenses incurred from hosting additional guests (i.e., household cleaning expenses, use of laundry and bath products, food and drink etc.).
