In the lively district of Belleville Ménilmontant, near the Père Lachaise, on two floors you are like a village house in this typically Parisian building from the 19th century, from the 20th arrondissement.

The space

On two floors, 4 rooms. You enter the ground floor in a dining room, a kitchen, a toilet and a large living room. Through the kitchen one reaches a small courtyard. The staircase leads to 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the other 2 single beds.
The building, typically Parisian (late 19th c.) Is located in a quiet and picturesque little street. During your stay, I live nearby and am at your disposal.
I live in this housing arranged according to my tastes for 5 years. I will be happy to share it with you.

Irene's and Robi's place was very comfortable for a family of four (2xadults and 2x children ages 8-9) 5 minutes walking distance to M3 line Gambetta Station, 10 min walk to the Famous Cemetery The Pére Lachaise and in less than 3min walk you have bars, cafes, super markets (at least two small ones) on the way to the house and a relatively big Carrefour about 5min walk, butchers shop, bakeries, cafes, and everything you would need on the way back to the house after visiting all the major touristic site. During the night is very quiet and residential, there is a building under construction next door which created a fair bit of dust during our stay and despite of the scale of the construction the noise was not major and not really early, most of the hammering started around 8:30/9am. We had some mail delivered to us and Irene was very diligent on the arrival of our parcel. Thank you soo much for everything we will definitely recommended Irene's and Robi's place.

Me and my friends would really like to say many-many thanks to Irene and Robi for their hospitality. We were staying there for one week and it was just perfect. We were exploring the city for entire week. And every evening coming back we had a feeling we come back home. Everything was very convenient and handy in the apartment. It was quiet at night and we slept well. There is a nice kitchen with all necessary equipment. I think that if you liked to cook even a most extraordinary dish you'd be able to find there everything you need to fulfill your desire. There are lots of stores and small shops around just in few minutes from the house. Thank you Irene and Robi once again for our wonderful vacation!

The apartment was wonderful! Irene and Robi were waiting on us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. The living room and dining rooms are much larger than the pictures show and with four of us in the apartment, we never felt cramped. The construction next door is still going on but the windows are well insulated and block out much of the noise if you happen to be there during their working hours. If you are gone site seeing all day, you won't even notice it. The neighborhood is great with everything you need within a 2 block walk (I recommend the bakery at the end of the street!). This was our first airbnb experience and it was a very good one!

Irene is a great host! Upon the arrival she showed us everything in the house and it was exactly as described. We were late from the flight but she was kind to wait for us for a few hours. We loved the neighborhood as you have quick access to subway, shops and any type of groceries (fromagerie, bunch boulangeries/ patiseriess, restaurants, etc.). We always felt safe at any time of the day. I would definitely come back again!

Irène’s apartment is a spacious yet cozy two-level house. The rooms, which are nicely decorated and furnished, include a huge, high-ceilinged living room and a recently renovated master bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The convenient location is close to metro and bus lines and includes many nearby amenities. Irène welcomed us warmly, providing a bed and toys for our 1-year-old toddler. Robi kindly stopped by to help with the courtyard door lock when we forgot the technique for opening it. We were excited to have found a quiet, two-bedroom home that also fit our budget--rare for Paris intra-muros. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found that the adjoining building had recently been demolished. Heavy noise from the construction site 7:45am-6pm weekdays (e.g. bulldozers, industrial hammer drills in the exterior walls of the bedrooms) made it impossible for us to stay the whole month as planned. Airbnb graciously arranged a refund for any unused time and assisted us with searching for an equivalent apartment, which we found within a week. Irène and Robi were kind and understood that we would have loved to stay put were it not for the noise and imminent heavy construction. Beyond these unusual circumstances, we would recommend the apartment in general and would normally rate the experience as 5 stars. The house was truly pleasant and quiet all weekend and on weeknights after 6pm.

Ubytovanie nám spríjemnilo a zjednodušilo pobyt v Paríži. Príjemní domáci nám dali cenné rady. Byt nám poskytol všetko potrebné. Blízkosť metra a supermarketu je veľkou výhodou.
