Overlooking the crew ship terminal from the upper floors is a spectacular view.
Whether you're here to explore or travelling for work our rental space is accommodating and inviting. An apartment that is well equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The space
This apartment is newly built overlooking the city. Situated just above the Spice and Vegetable market. Accommodating for vacationers and business travelers looking for a convenient and accessible place to stay. Although the property is in the city it is not on the main street. It is overlooking most part of the town.
This Building has been thoughtfully designed to provide everything for your unforgettable stay. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi , Tv well equip with your favorite shows and all amenities.
Guest access
There is free street parking available on a first come first serve basis. However, please pay close attention to the no parking street signs both written on the grown or on a pole. Be mindful that there are businesses in that area and parking is not allowed at their entrances also. On the bright side there's 2 parking lot 5 minutes in walking distance, approximately USD $5 per day.
As you enter the apartment building by using the code that will be provided to you upon booking, the elevator is approximately 30 feet away with the stairs right alongside it if you choose to take that route.
The laundry room which contains both washer and dryer is on the ground floor to the right as you step out the elevator.
Other things to note
This listing is in a very diverse area, there's Doctors, pharmacies and restaurants etc. as you step outside also note:
