**This is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY weekly rental MAY through AUGUST** Your requested dates must adhere to this or the availability will not show accurate rates. 3 night minimums are considered after September.
Free off street parking, as well as free street parking at the home. One bedroom is a Queen bed, one a full and one a twin.

Cape May Beach is .9 miles away, Sunset Beach is 2.7 Miles away, Washington Street Mall is .7 miles away. Cape May City and Cape May Point Beaches require tags. Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.
COMMUNICATION
Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide. Any further questions , not covered in this listing should be addressed directly with your rental agent as they will be able to answer you regarding the specifics of your property and lease agreement. Please avoid messaging through the app once you have booked.
CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Welcome Bag with keys/keycode will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
Guest access
Guests are invited to enjoy the home, wrap around deck, front and side yards but please do not enter the rear yard or garage.
A Welcome Bag with your KEYS/ENTRY CODE can be picked up from the kiosk in the parking lot of our office located at:

HOUSE RULES
Please be respectful of neighbors. Cape May is a quaint little beach community and we love our wonderful neighbors and care about hosting only those who can agree to house rules.
-OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 8am. Any excessive noise complaints will result in holdings from security deposit
-TRASH and RECYCLING bins must be taken out to curb on TUESDAY night for Wednesday morning pickup. Failure to do this will result in a $100 deduction of security deposit.
-NO SMOKING
-NO PETS
-All guests must be 25+ (children with parents/caregivers permitted)
-At check out it is asked guests strip beds, and leave the home as they found it. All personal items removed including food, and any excessive dirt or sand be swept or vacuumed up.
-Please no EV or golf cart charging on the property
