Where you’ll be

Ennis, Clare, Ireland

The Coachouse is situated in the countryside so there is a good deal of farming in the surrounding area. There are some houses nearby, so we ask our guests to be conscious of their noise levels. Having said that, there has never been a complaint from neighbours - a tribute to the quality of our guests.

I am a retired teacher with an interest in meeting new people. I have a keen interest in the history and landscape of Co. Clare and beyond and I like to communicate this to others. I like to hillwalk in the Burren, kayak in the sea and spend time on the beach. Having travelled a good deal myself, I feel that I know the ingredients that make for a relaxed and interesting homestay.
