This pad accommodates 2 adults comfortably but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 3 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$19 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double sized bed with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

In the event our neighbours are disturbed by particular incidents like amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, an abatement direction may be issued with an on-the-spot fine of AU$200 or more by our local council or the local police station.

If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of AU$200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such.

Similarly, if evidence of housing pets are found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of AU$150 for professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building code.

If you plan to cook, that's fine but please note that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the windows and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.

Ensure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

Check-ins are anytime after 2pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10am.

Potential for noise - Building facade maintenance from the hours of 7:30am - 3:00pm weekdays only. Please keep blinds closed for privacy if required.
No parking on property - The nearest paid parking lots are available at “COBB & CO CAR PARK” - 374 Lonsdale St, which is a 2min walk away from us.

Excellent place to stay, clean and tidy. Centrally located so very convenient to the retail shops, Chinatown, market and free city circle trams. We also walked to the Southern Cross Station on our last day to catch the Sky bus to the airport. Host provided everything we needed. Recommend to stay.

His apartment is in central with well equipped, but still have some louds in the weekend. If I have a chance, I will come back this house again

Jared is very friendly and effective in communication! The apartment has a very good location, you can go to many places on foot. It is close to the free tram zone and Southern Cross Station which you can travel between the airport and the city easily with Skybus. With the free tram rides, you can visit many attractions in the city. The Skybus runs with very high frequency, convenient transportation and takes about 25 minutes for one way. If you want to travel by SKybus to the city and then catch a free tram ride to the apartment, after getting off the bus, heading out through the glass door with Hungry Jack on your left side, you go the Spencer street, you will see the tram stop (Bourke/Spencer stop) on your right, take the tram ride and get off at Queen/Bourke stop, walk on Queen street and turn right. The apartment is between Queen and Elizabeth Streets. The two things I would love to change are the glass door between the bedroom and the living room and more blankets because I still felt cold during night. Overall, it is a really great place to stay!

The location and cleaness is good. Host is reachable and reasonable. The apartment overall is old. Bed and sofa bed are old and not comfortable therefore the price is a bit high.
