Dear Lola I am pleased to read your comments and I will definitely take into consideration what you have mentionned. However I am not sure that fluctuating wifi might be named a « careless issue » while saying at the same time we were actually very reactive… Let’s name that rather the consequence of bad provider...or bad circumstances independent of willingness... The previous residents who were there just a couple of days before you have met the same problem with wifi while we never had it before...they leave, you arrive, we discuss with the provider who answer ‘no problem’… Maybe our provider is actually working on its system and troubles are appearing...but we can not consider it has our full responsibility...This is of course a point we will really make our utmost on while this can still (Website hidden by Airbnb) Morocco..like in other countries... As per the electric water heater,it is clearly written in the appartement description it's electric. Such a sudden and unexpected breakdown was something totally out of control and willingess and we were sorry about it... No one could actually expect in such a brand new apartment to have a problem with this type of new equipment... It just happens...and most of the time when you do not wish so neither. However again, as you have mentionned it, as soon as you have informed us we have reacted to fix it...and did offer you to take care of the all repairing logistic on our own if you did accept us to be in the apartment while you were not in... The choice was available, you have preferred to stay nearby. Honestly, is having a problem on the morning, repaired on the evening, that bad ? And once again a 'careless issue'?... By now that you have mentionned the fridge buz, we could fix it as well...and we are thankful for this remark. Taking the opportunity to read and answer to your comments...I am now thinking... Does a 4nights stay in a 100sqm meter contemporary appartement fully equipped with new furnitures, living room, dining area, 2bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen, washing machine, high standing building, with impeccable communication with managers for 39e/night in February in a Capital like Rabat such a bad deal that deserve so severe comments as «careless issues » ? Used to travel worldwide and having received and still receiving thousand guests in hotel properties too we actually want our guests to feel as much comfortable as possible...considering the price they are paying, the service and attention provided, the size and the quality of apartement as well as its location..And unexpected breakdowns... We are all meeting wifi issues in our places…and non expectable electrical breakdowns can happen …maybe particularly more in a country like Morocco even if we do not wish so… We are absolutely sorry about if and present our sincere apoplogies even if it has nothing to do with our management... Should we consider this as ‘Careless issues’ while on the other side it is mentionned service has been attentive and reactive ? I am much more open to comments and always consider them as constructive…but by now I am wondering if AirbnB guests comments are still realistics and fully appropriate or if it is not just a mean to act just like if others are in fault while the one who comment are never … Where is the realistic approach and the ratios ‘price/quality’, ‘value paid/value delivered’ before comments/comments…
